It talks about practical. Not just to read but to put it into practice.
<Colossians 3:5-6 says" you must put to death,then, the early desires at work in you, such as sexual immorality,indecency,lust, evil passions,and greedy( for greed is a form of idolatry). Because of such things God's anger will come upon those who do not obey him".
In proverbs 6 God gave more warnings
In verse 26-27 it reads " A man can hire a prostitute for the price of a loaf of bread, but adultery will cost him all the has. Can you carry fire against your chest without burning your clothes?". Ephesians 4 :36
In Matthew 19 :16 -24 Jesus talked about new life in Christ through with illustration from the rich young man.
When you look above the lord will comfort you

Favor you...
Sickness free...
Be someone for you.
