Ingredients
2 Ripe Bananas
1/2 cup Miringa Leaves
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Crushed Ice
Direction:
Pour the 1/2 cup moringa leaves in a blender then pour half cup of water, blend until leaves are pulp. Then put in 2 bananas the other half cup of water and 1/2 cup of crushed ice, blend until smoothie. Pour in a serving glass when done.
