In the eye of the storm: this is what happened to Shanghai Ruilan Bao Hu San Biotech Limited, a pharmaceutical and biotechnology company based in Shanghai: the reason for this unwanted sudden fame? The similarity of the company logo with that of the famous Umbrella Corporation, a fictitious company belonging to the Capcom videogame series, Resident Evil, creating the serum that gave life to the zombies populating the game. The symbol that characterizes the Shanghai company is in fact a stylized umbrella with 8 slices of two different alternating colors and with concave external edges. The Ombrella logo is identical, with the only variant consisting of the color alongside the white: the real Chinese company uses light blue, while the Resident one uses red. This is obviously a coincidence that would greatly please Adam Kadmon, however the sensation was dictated by the fact that both are involved in biotechnology.
