This is Cordyceps, a fungus that "controls the mind" of insects and arachnids and then kill them to grow their reproductive body.
This is Ophiocordyceps amazonica, found by Maria Ordoñes and photography Hive account@nelson.micofilo in Yasuní Nacional Park in a Ecuador.
