There was no such thing as a "flu season" until the 1940's which, by the way, was when the flu shot became globally available. Hmmmm. Also, they say the flu is worse during winter months because people are indoors and in closer proximity to each other than during the summer... Well, in places like Las Vegas and Phoenix (USA), no one is outside during the summer because of the heat... So why isn't there higher incidents of flu then?? Also consider that Las Vegas gets travelers from all over the globe during the summer (read: travelers from Australia, where it's their flu season). PS: stop getting flu shots.
