Honestly, unless you're from Buffalo and older than me, you won't get this. And this is why it's so great. It's an obscure local reference to the Father Baker school for boys. Parents used to threaten to send their sons there if they misbehaved. It was so feared that I wonder if it even deserved it's reputation.
