I recieved my first order from Bold today. Shipping was super fast since they are pretty close to me. I really just wanted the coin but threw the button on the order to reach the $99 free shipping.
This was my first Scottsdale stuff that wasn't a bar. The coin came very solidly affixed to a piece of cardboard. I pulled at it, bent the cardboard and just couldn't figure out how to release it. So I called Bold to ask how.
The guy was very nice explaining to me that it was shrink wrap. And how I should make a cut and pull the shrink wrap off. I felt so dumb. I was outsmarted by plastic! That also explained why there were no search results for how to remove Scottsdale packaging.
