Jewelry is not my thing and beads?
I doubt I was the kind of child making chains out of them. I am also not in for shiny items. I do not care about them. They do not give me a feeling of luxury, being special.
You will never bump into me in a jewelry shop, looking for Swarovski figures or bracelets or on the hunt for shiny beads to use for my next creative project.
The only beads I used were in my #Marchmadness story of this year. Glued to a cave's ceiling and they turned out to be little, spies, actually eyes with legs.
Already as a kid I liked pirates.
Fanatically I read the comics of "Roodbaard" (Barbe-Rouge /Red Beard written by Jean-Michel Charliet) a pirate who adopted a boy (of course I loved the adopted son more as Roodbaard). I do not think they had beads around. Perhaps if they would live now they would mine their own token named SPB (shiny pirate beads). I would invest in them.
Other pirates (pirates on land) I like are the "Three Robbers" of Tomi Ungerer.
A great film is made out of it (Tomi is the story teller).
The orphan Tiffany meets the 3 as they rob the carriage that should take her to the orphanage. There is a scene where the littly girl finds a cave filled with everything the trio took and saved. She is sitting in between all these shining things and I am sure to her these are just beads.

How about giving it a try yourself?
With my lousy, unstable, very slow connection it is the only app that still works most of the times.
Try it. There is nothing to lose
