I kinda got lucky. when you sign up they generate a random password about 20 digits long that you were supposed to copy and save somewhere. I choose to save it in my contacts but the password was longer than the allowed characters and it cut off the end of the password. luckily I had it saved in my clipboard and was able find the end off my password and sign in on my computer. but obviously if you didn't save it anywhere then your either stuck with your phone or maybe try and open a new account and remember to save the password 😊 let me know how you get on.
