Paypal users out there, this will be a great lesson for everybody on how to take good care of your paypal account. Last 2 years ago i created a paypal account under my name but i used different last name since paypal won't allow me to create a new one that associated with my real inforamtion due to have an old account which has been limited for so long and i was not able to resolved it due to lack of documents.
To be able to used their services, i created a new one under my first name but in different last name. I used Virtual credit card to verify for 1 year. Everything went well and i enjoyed my first year using the paypal.
Last year, after my 1 year of using it.My virtual credit card expired. Since i was not able to update that virtual credit card ( Which i can't) my account got limited again with $825.38 funds in it. It was frustrating after all the hard works i made to make money by all means it end up useless as hell.
I have nothing to do about it but accept the truth that everything went nothing. I moved on and forget everything...until i received an email from paypal. ( Its been 180 days already after my account got limited).

After reading the email that i received today, as of writing this post. I was shocked! Wow...really. Its true, i can pull out my funds from my limited account.

This email really gives me hope to recover my fund that i thought it can't be. Si tried to open my account which i already forgotten the password. I made a lot of verification just to accessed it.
Finally, I got inside my account! But there's a problem
Too much excited of click the withdraw button, i just forgot i never put any bank account on it except the virtual credit card which cannot be use to withdraw.

since my account is not really under my real name, thought i used my real name but not the last name. Paypal required me to add bank account in order to pull out my funds. Adding bank account it should be the same name and last name associated in your paypal account. Which is very possible for me to do so.
Its another hopeless thing, i can't get any bank accounts by faking its information. I ma still thinking, staring at my fund that someday this will resolved or maybe there is another way to get it.
Lesson Learned in creating a paypal account
This will be the best experience i could ever had. But its a lesson for everyone to learn. Please allow me to give you some tips to avoid getting into this situation.
- When creating an account always use your real name and real information.
- If in case you are not able to create another paypal account under your real information much better asks from one of your family who have bank accounts to create paypal under their names.
- Do not use virtual credit card to verify your account if you are using your real name, use real bank account if you have it.
- Pull out your fund as early as possible once you have it. Paypal is not a bank, your money will never grow in there.
- Paypal account has 180 days period from the day of limitation. After 180 days you are able to withdraw your fund but you cannot transfer it to another account.
- To avoid limitation, always read the TOS and policy of Paypal. Its very important.
This will be the best experience i could ever had. But its a lesson for everyone to learn. Please allow me to give you some tips to avoid getting into this situation.
