There is no way that the United States will tolerate even a whiff of cooperation between North and South Korea. If these talks go any further than discussing the Winter Olympics you can expect an 'event' to occur that will ensure that bad relations are restored. The only thing preventing peace in many countries is the United States and its allies continual meddling in thier affairs.
