The first day was a great day. I was motivated as well as stressed to get everything done and maintain my routines. And I did it! I meditated and prayed, did my daily maintenance routine which consist of a written daily inventory of what I did and didn’t complete on my daily priorities list (made the night before.) I got a +2 which means I got 4 things complete (the most important thankfully) and 2 things not complete. I completed my food for though which listening or reading a good piece of well, something and jotting down some positive notes about it and my day in general. I am going to hit a meeting tomorrow. I didn’t do my formal A.M. and P.M. routine but I will get there by the end of the week. They are detailed step by step list that require extra time and discipline. But today was a good start. I am so lucky to have Abby, we talked about how my attitude has been and I got to thank her for keeping things positive even when I felt weak. I’m back. But I must be consistent. These routines and daily practices kept me prime and for the most part happy for several months. I can...will not abandon them. I am writing my daily journal entry in my meditation app. It’s the perfect time to write it, after my nightly session. I’m happy and motivated. What else could I ask for.
