Personally, I think this is the hardest time to survive in this robotic digital world. Everyone has a whole speech ready on how he wasted a year and how he needs to change these 5 habits and mindsets to be successful in the year ahead . This is nothing new. This is another type of pressure people use to make money.

But you have to be kind to yourself. Don't look at the year to judge yourself or see how many milestones you've achieved. You should look at this year by how much you have grown.
No one knows what you've been through or how much you've been through. And how hard it was for you to believe in yourself. But finally you are here. So look at yourself with the intention of learning from your failed attempts. And be proud of your victories, big and small, that people may not realize but mean the world to you. You don't have to do well, just do your best so that you have no regrets or guilt.
You cannot enter the new year with new energy and new enthusiasm if you cling to the failures of last year. You can manipulate other people's big wins into believing that you weren't doing enough and you could develop more habits. But trust me, everyone has their own hard journey.
Take a break and connect the dots for what happened to you in 2022. As terrible as it sounds, some events sharpen you as a person and strengthen the way you think. So make peace with what happened in 2022. Believe me, I could have done more if I wasn't lazy, but can it make a difference? wrong? But I have the power to change 2023. So reconcile with what you've achieved, what you've learned, how much you've changed, and how many times you've made others laugh, smile, and dance with your presence.
