The contests of Petals #Flowers - Purple Sunflower (Cosmos)

Hi! This is my entry for the contest iniciated by Hive account@petals

This beautiful purple flower is native to Mexico and Latin America. Its name is cosmos bipinnatus, it is a species of the Asteraceae family. It is better known as cosmos, purple sunflower, mirasol, among others.

The petals of this flower, in addition to being very beautiful, attract much to the butterflies, like the monarch butterflies.
