The recent case at the Burnley County Court, is a bombshell for the Criminal Banking Cartel, as it exposes yet another layer in the mortgage fraud which has secretly taken over the roof over your head.
In Lloyds Bank PLC v Cooke (Michael Thomas), HHJ MAlek made a shock ruling, which was long overdue.

A – The Mortgage was securitised (Sold to a third party), so the ‘LENDER’ lost it’s right (STANDING) to make a claim.
B) The land Registry entry must show the new owner (Buyer), and not Lloyds Bank PLC, the ‘LENDER”.

The ruling also stated that there cannot be a Summary Judgement, and a full trial must take place.

Given that practically all the 11,000,000 residential mortgages in the UK are Securitised, this is a rather large can of worms for the authorities to sort out for the long suffering victims.

Currenlly, the lenders rely on the Land Registry Charge as justification to repossess homes, so you can see, that if the land registry entry is false, the claim falls away completely, under the exposure of this deception.
Other elements are the “CHARGE GAP”, where the conveyancer instructs the buyer to leave the date on the “CONTRACT” blank, so that he can commit a fraud by filling in a false date, to gain a charge for the lended, for whom he acts under a conflict of interest.

Making the land registry fraudulent on two counts. And when you throw in the fabricated county court claim, fake warrant and unauthorised forced entry, you have a catalog of wrongs, which no solicitor, police chief, CAB or MP have been good enough to challenge.

And explains why illegal bailiffs such as Wilson & Roe are being routinely used to “ENFORCE” these events in the long chain of deception, fraud and money laundering.
