Philippinesis home of great artists and designers. Many Filipinos are well known and successful in the design industry locally and internationally. May it be painting, fashion designing or furniture/product designing. To name a few in the field of Furniture Design, we have Kenneth Cobonpue whose designs have reached the home of Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie and also featured in one of the music video of the Maroon 5. While Vito Selma on the other hand, is another proud Cebuano Furniture designer, whose designs are currently filling the spaces of the newly renovated home of the Gutierrez family and invaded High-End furniture boutiques in the Philippines and abroad.
During an educational tour, we are blessed enough to be welcomed inside the showcasing room of Vito Selma, witnessing up close and personal his award winning creations.

Carabao children’s rocking chair with toy storage as its cart
Inspired by the National Animal of the Philippines, the Carabao. Known as the most hardworking animal who aids our farmers in the field, now it can aid our children in playing all day long with its soft & comfy upholstery.
And last but not the least, an interesting piece and a remarkable green design for recycling waste crate and wood strips into an enormous outdoor shed.
When it comes to aesthetics and design, I strongly agree that we, Filipinos, are competetive in this area and will definitely meet beyond your expections.
