Hi guys. Today I'm gonna share to you this dish called Balbacua. This Cebuano dish was inherited from the Spaniards a long time ago. Balbacua came from the Spanish word “barbacoa” which means cooking meat very slowly on an open fire for several hours. Usually the main ingredient of this dish is Ox tail but here in our place that usually use cow's skin. This dish is common here in the Philippines and usually seen in local carenderias or restaurants. Many people love because it is delicious and at the same time it is so affordable.
