Streets of Cebu City is getting busier as Sinulog Festival is fast approaching, you wont see utility vehicles passing because streets were heavily accommodated by pedestrians.

Sidewalks of Sto. Niño Church were accommodate by small shops that repairs and cloths the Sto. Niño images, which ranges up to Php50-200 around 1-4 US Dollars.
