It took us several minutes of hiking along the forest of Barangay Surong to reach this place. Unfortunately, the waterfall was weak when we went there. Still, it was beautiful and a great place to relax.
It is not a well know waterfall in the Philippines and it's not even listed in the top 10 waterfalls in the Ilocos Region by TripAdvisorPh.
