Greetings @Steemians! Good Day, I would like to take this color challenge for today as a opportunity to promote the beauty of our very own "The Crowned Jewel Of The South" or commonly know as "Lake Holon" only here in Philippines!

At first, I'm only planning to share my photo for today as a Color challenge entry, Well.. I think it's also the time to share our journey together with #steemitgaw last (Oct 28-30 2017) on how we conquered ourselves by trekking this gigantic mountain.

Part 1

Before we reached the main entrance, we just took first a motorbike to transport us, I think It took an hour riding a motorbike to just make it in the main entrance.

After we took photo shoots, the tribal people called "B'laan" guide us and offer a ceremony so that we will manage to reach our destination without any misfortune event.. Thanks to those people.

So, after the B'laan offer some offerings to the nature, they also gave us a Tour Guides.. cause obviously, we don't know how to trek this mysterious mountain of our own capabilities.. Our Tour Guides have also offer us a help to hold and carry our belongings. unfortunately, the most of us didn't take advantage to their kindness instead, we just uphold and insists to just carry our own stuff by our own strength. In the first place, we carry this things cause we wanted too. so no matter what will happen next, our own stuffs is our responsibilities. And also trekking this kind of gigantic mountain carrying heavy stuffs is not easy to be honest, especially if its your first time considering myself. You can noticed the "The Great Hugot Trek" I think "Hugot" means in English is "Sayings" here you can write a "Hugot" on what you are experiencing on that moment combining a twist about what happened to you before.

So after a long trek, we also took some water break, also to rest our numb foots.. You don't know how numb our feet that time, also my leg is almost not listening to my order to kept walking.. huhuhu.. it is so pain.. [(even more pain than your partner breaking up with you) (joke) (hahahaha)] <- (an example of "Hugot" you can experience here in Philippine.).

Before reaching the peak of "The Crowned Jewel of The South" you can see this kind of beauty if you kept walking without thinking to surrender. This kind of sight is so memorable that can only be seen after a 3 hours trekking upside down, It just a big kind of achievement that only selective people that have a strong will to kept stepping forward thinking they can do anything. And you can noticed.
trekking this path is no easy , you can noticed those big sharp stones, and not mentioning, considering the heat of the bright sun having a contact to our sensitive skins. You don't want to tan your skin, do you?
