As we all know, eggs give lots of vitamins to us. But did u ever think what could we get from eggshells?
>Eggshell is rich in calcuim carbonate and some protien and minerals in it. In fact, half of an eggshell could give you enough calcuim for your daily requirement needs. Some evidence show that taking powder eggshell reduces the risk of osteoporosis, and some minerals found in eggshell may help with bone health.
However, taking eggshell could be risky. And to avoid this risks, chips from eggshell should not be taken unless it is in powder form. Remember that eggshell isn't that clean and could contain bacteria in it, thus it should be boiled before proccesing to powder.
