How do you define your worth? Is it by doing what others would tell who you should be? Or Trusting in your own capabilities? Knowing your worth is simply knowing yourself
This one's i want to share to everybody, even you're a full time mom, stay at home dad or you are working , also for relationships, love , friendship and work, or for , whoever or whatever status you are in right now, you should always know your worth.
But let me put this on a general note.
Self love is being considered by others as being selfish or being self centered , but for me, it's not. As they say, we should start loving ourselves, so we can love by people around us. Be confident for your physical appearance . Be confident with your wisdom . Be confident on any output you've got. Weather at work, at home or in a relationship.
Self acceptance os a big factor in knowing your worth and having self love. You should know your limits. You should understand what acceptable behavior is, on how you like to be treated to. Know when to speak when it's needed. You don't need someone's validation to prove your worth , you yourself should know what is right and what is wrong
Self doubt for me, can be accompanied with knowing your worth to have self love. In times we are experiencing hardships, failure, heartaches, we often question our own decision making, our own knowledge, our own abilities. We are all humans , nobody is perfect. Let's accept our flaws , learn from it and by identifying underlying negativities, there! put it in a positive manner instead and you'll see, you areable to move forward with the belief that your ownself has the value that no one can define.
All people are created by God equally, don't ever compare yourself to anyone. You are unique in your own way. Don't settle for less . Try to put yourself in front of a mirror and ask, "Do i deserve where i am rigt now? , Do i deserve what i am feeling right now? , " Do i deserve what i am going through right now? just go into self realization , expose yourself in a fulfilling , rewarding and great people , because when you love what you do and you love where you are motivated to do more and better each day
Know your worth, love yourself for God loves us for who we were, who we are and who we will be.
