Nicely written! I agree with you that it is important to stop for a moment and just be still. I only understand my own behavior and choices if I take some time to just see what is going on inside my head. If I do not stop, I just keep making the same mistakes over and over like a never ending loop. I find myself in need to stop and understand before I can move on.
