I find the concept of death increasingly irrational...mainly because it is not physically possible for anything that exists to simply cease to exist. It is the most basic law of the universe: existence exists, and you can not change this.
Energy does not stop existing but can only change form; and everything is constantly changing form. Not even the past present and future or certain - time changes too; simultaneously as new possibilities are seeded.
So this brings me to the question; why is it drawn so deep into our society to fear death?
Why, when death could essentially be thought of as eternal peace and connection, a returning to oneness with the universe before you re-choose another life as another being...would we fear the crossing?
Truly it is only in life that there exists a possibility of real death....death as in ignorance and blindness....a certain unconsciousness, when consciousness is the essence of life.
Death is return to the natural all-knowing state of the soul.
