To be oppressed you need to have an internalized resentment towards a person or group. You make their story your own and act accordingly. I see current social conditions as a hazing ritual - you either are a successful consumer or not. Seems to be the epitome of Us&Them.
Words and concepts are abstractions in political propaganda. So one could ponder and ask where these notions came from in the first place! Even a so called schizophrenic is unable to have delusions outside of the cultural habitat that surrounds them. Same should go with actualitizes and realisations. What a person needs I think is to step out of the mass mind and think as an idividual. We are all social critters but if the social sphere is sick, it's time to step back from it. It may not be that hyper form of individuality you may find you are sold but a existential personal one! that you own!
I'll figure it out , with all of your help too! Because it's teacher-student-student-teacher relationships. The best and only way to really learn and be that good student is to be a teacher yourself! And even children are teachers with all their good questions they constantly ask. If you are unable to answer their honest questions then you just may be a poor student at life right now, that's all.
