On a physical level exercise, time with friends, that cappuccino or beer on Saturday, football. I am sure you will think of something right off the cuff.
What about taking time for yourself and going beyond your limitations. Leaving all restlessness and tension behind? Hey, there is a thoughtful balance in an unbalanced world. Some of you that read my posts know by now I am writing about meditation. Meditation is the key to balance, finding coherence in an incoherent world.
This post is about coherence for a good reason. Let’s say you are living a chaotic incoherent life. Everything is like on the television series Twilight Zone, now you feel on the edge of sanity, then something else happens in life.
There is no stability in your life already and now like the final pebble on the glass, it breaks and the resulting cause can be many things. We manifest disaster, depression, unhappiness, and illness; really there are no limits.
All the drama can and will go on because that is what the world of Maya is all about. If you forget who you are even for a minute and get caught in it you must go through the drama.
We each decide what thoughts we allow in, this done from noticing what we are thinking about.
Take a break from thoughts through meditation, reclaim coherence in an insane incoherent world.
