So happy to read your post. It's so nice to hear someone promoting and defining self-love. It is so important right now when humankind needs love and healing. What most don't understand is that it is impossible to truly love until you can first love yourself. You said it perfectly, if we truly love ourselves fully, we will reflect that onto the world.
