It's been a while since I worked on the truck. I got the tachometer out to get it to purr nice. But something about how the inline 6 was sounding wasn't right. So I took off the valve cover to check the valve lash. Way too tight! Spec book says .006 inlet and .018 exhaust. So after adjusting its sounds so much better, like a sewing machine. Now to move onto other parts of the restoration.
