Today is my second day in Sopot and I am ready to show you the longest sea pier of Europe. As usually during the business trip the opportunity to walk to the sea has appeared only in the evening. And although the weather was not very favorable, I could not miss this chance.
The promenade in Sopot is the spacious square, along the perimeter of which there are restaurants and even a skating rink.
A couple of dozen steps and you're already at the wooden pier, where you are immediately surrounded by expanse, heady fresh sea air and whisper of waves.
The pier is really long – more than a half of kilometer that allows to make photos in different angles.
I knew that swans live in this place, but in this case there is the big difference between to know and to see.
The pier is wide enough for the restaurant – ship.
The port on the edge of the pier
The lighthouse is the furthest point of the pier and the place of wishing.
Good chance to wish that all our dreams come true, isn’t it?
