Fall Day on the Mississippi River

The Mississippi River quietly passes through our great state. With all the lakes here, some of us forget this amazing picturesque river that flows through our state.

Here is a photo of the Mississippi River in the fall. It's an especially nice place to visit in the fall where there's little of any activity nearby.

Note the river was up this year, and with all the record snow we've received this month, it will be much higher. I'll make sure to post some photos later this Spring.
