My great-grandfather knew Sanskrit and Hindi,
Methi pe tilak and tied the turban on the head.
Then came the period of my grandfather,
They saved Janeu on the turban.
My grandfather, English did not know at all,
Knowing so far, Kanni used to cut the name of English only.
My father came to understand a little bit English,
Some of us understand some eclectic interpretations
Yet he used to use English forcefully,
That is, all government forms were filled in Hindi only.
Janeu was also inaccessible to him,
But the use of Sanskrit was negligible.
The same period was when culture was losing with Sanskrit,
That is why Sanskrit was declared dead language.
Slowly time changed and new round came,
I did not read English, cheated well.
I lift myself from Hindi to English,
Simultaneously, Janeu was kept in the temple.
Now, I'm left out of the tree in two or four sentences,
Perhaps this is why I am called a read in society.
And more, I have many relationship relationships to change,
Mama, uncle, and Foofa are now known as Uncle.
Now changing the tone, Veda is called Veda and Ram is called Rama,
And I am proud of this so-called success.
My kids are going further,
I cheated sanskar; They are digested in English.
That is, the grandmother is said to be Granny,
- "Rama is a hindu god" * Proudly taught.
When Mrs Ji tells them water means water,
And its slow progress in this progress.
Do you know why Janeu screams at my house,
And some slow-minded mantras are bubbling.
It says, where development is taking India,
Sanskars have disappeared and now the language is being digested.
Like Sanskrit, Hindi will also be declared dead one day,
Perhaps that day India will be fully developed.
