About two weeks ago I told you about the new kitten we got, Rosy.
We suspected she was one of the feral cat's kittens that live by the seaside. The people advertised her on facebook and my hubby said he wants her. She was so wild. So after three weeks of keeping her in our bathroom, only bringing her to our room for short times, she is bit by bit becoming a little tamer.
You can still see the wildness in her eyes. But the last two weeks when we enter the bathroom she comes to us and want to be rub and then she would purr the whole time.
We introduced her to the two Jack Russels but that is going to still be a battle for another few weeks. They will do nothing as they are used to cats, but then she started to hiss and growl and then they get excited and then its just nails and scrathing.
Here she was naughty in the bathroom, she got hold of the toilet roll and had some fun and games.
We want to keep her in our room from now on. The problem is that the Jack Russells are also sleeping in our room. But we have made some progress so I am sure we will succeed with this too.
Then after that, she has to meet my father's big cat, Freckle Boy, my father's dog Gabby and our new big dog, Max. ;-).
I only now realise that the humans in this house only out numbered the pets with 1 and that is the 19 month old baby. :-)
Our little Jonathan, his granny's sweetest thing!
So we are humans 7, pets 6, but we do love our pet children.
The photos were taken with my SamsungGalaxyJ1, here at home in Glenmore Beach, South Africa.
Thank you for reading, wishing you a marvellous weekend!
