During our recent trip to the mountainous part of Greece we saw abandoned vehicles many times: cars after an accident, old motorcycles and even a combine harvester. Some of them looked very colorful. I'd like to show a few photos of these vehicles.
The old pickup truck. The village of Flambourari, here.
Abandoned scooter in the village of Metsovo, here it is on Google maps. Apparently, the owner of the scooter never returned to his iron friend.
Another pickup truck. For the first time I saw a Mazda pickup truck in Greece. Usually it's Nissan or Toyota.
The Mercedes truck.
Combine harvester. He seemed to have grown into the ground and became a kind of monument. The village of Flambourari, here.
And, finally, not an abandoned vehicle. This is Toyota Yaris, our small and reliable car on which we drove without problems more than two thousand kilometers on very, very different roads.
