Hello friends!
When the blackberry season starts, I put on pants from thick cloth for a walk in the forest! I can not deny myself the pleasure of climbing into prickly thickets to feel the fragrant sour-sweet juice of this truly healing berry!

When you look at the delicate blackberry flower you have no doubt that this is a plant from the Rosaceae (roses) family! Look at these flowers so similar to flowers of rose hips or a tea rose! Divine beauty!
Blackberry fruits are red before they are ripe. Then an inexperienced naturalist can confuse her with a close relative - a raspberry!
As you mature, blackberries accumulate vitamins and other numerous phytochemicals including polyphenols, flavonoids, anthocyanins, salicylic acid, ellagic acid, and fiber.Anthocyanins in blackberries are responsible for their rich dark color.
But this berry can already be eaten. Enjoy! 😋
