Last Winter, I had a client that used to work in the Ohio Statehouse, in Downtown Columbus. He got a photo pass for the evening, so we had about an hour to roam the halls after working hours, and to take some shots wherever we wanted to (within reason, obviously). A lot of the inside was awesome, but the walls were mostly flavored an old dull yellow, which isn't my favorite to shoot in. We kept exploring, and came across these stairs that I instantly fell in love with. Maybe it's because I used to play with marbles all the time, but I love marble(s). I told them they needed to stop, and we needed to figure out a way to use this to our advantage. I took quite a few different shots, but finally ended with this one. I had a flash above them on the right side, and then a flash on my camera as well. This by far was my favorite shot of the night, and I think it was one of their favorites as well.

The dude was a gentleman as well, so I had him do his classy "kiss-of-the-hand" and had to get a shadow shot as well.
