Hey Hive account@mikesthoughts thanks so much for your comment. In answer to your question, I use the 2.8 as I really love the way the sharpness falls off so quickly. You can particularly see it around the hair. When using my 2.8 trinity lenses I will generally tend to use them at their low f-stop if possible unless deliberately going for a very deep depth of field.
