Here are some Thursday nature details for all of you. I shot these photos a few years ago using a detached and reversed 50mm prime lens. I believe the technique is called freelensing. It's a fun and not very serious way of shooting macro, without very expensive gear. As you can see point of focus is quite small and the corners are thrown out of focus no matter what you do when you're freelensing. If done carefully though, it can produce interesting results.
