The Lake of Death

Formerly this lake is often visited by local tourists, they boarded a pedal duck boat to enjoy the view of the lake, people selling food and there is also a local-style coffee shop. This is one of the alternative places for residents of West Aceh for the weekend. But since the last two years, this place looks abandoned by the visitors.

This location looks deserted because of rumors circulating in the community that there is a ghostly figure with a form of giant fish that come to haunt visitors.

Local people believe that ghost with the form of a giant fish is the keeper monster of the lake. From this rumor, the lake seems mysterious as the lake of death.
