In my world of summer camp and wilderness guiding, the months of June-September happen at a nearly frantic pace. They're months of exceptional adventure, only possible through hours of planning and coordination. But for me this all takes place in a particularly beautiful corner of the world- here are a few shots from the past month.
Wife enjoying a peaceful moment of reflection on our little lake.
A Hummingbird Moth visiting the dandelions along the path to our tent.
If you've never seen one, imagine a tiny hummingbird that is actually a slightly furry moth.
Practicing my action shots during a recent week of Challenge Course and High Ropes Certification.
What better way to end this post, than a pensive shot of on the North Shore of Lake Superior?
