Manipulation in Photoshop

Hello! all steemain, i want to talk about following photo today.

First, i opened in photoshop that photo.

I was duplicate that photo and remove backgroung by using pen tool and layermask.

I made backgroung photo to blur by using filter/ blur gallery/ iris blur menu.

I adjusted some color effect in photoshop, color balance, hue/ saturation etc...

And filled graidant color and changed soft color mode.

Then, i used some color effects Nik collection color effect. It can use ready many color effects.
