It was just so amazing what transpired in the photograph below. I was searching for a nice sunset photo to take around some farms on a hot Australian Summer afternoon. Clouds soon moved in to mostly hide what would have been a lovely sunset. As I drove by this area my eye caught the reflection in the waterhole, so I pulled over and setup the tripod. I waited patiently for a while taking images every so often of the reflection. I knew something else would happen though. After a little while, cows turned up to drink, their reflections casting shadows across the water. Then something amazing happened! A group of sheep came walking down the tracks and stood standing looking at the cows. Completey stationary - just gazing at each-other. I could swear they were engaged at some level. It was like a stand-off - Western style. It was quite amusing.
