Mt. Eden

Yesterday my wife and I walked from downtown Auckland to the highest point in the city, which is a volcano named Mt. Eden. This picture is from the volcano which has great view of the whole city from atop its grassy crater (I tried to upload a panorama with the crater in it, but the internet isn't liking how big the file is).

We're in a hostel until next Wednesday, then we'll be picking up the van that we bought and heading out to see the world!

Tonight the All Blacks play Australia (in rugby of course) so we're excited to go to a bar and experience the gameday atmosphere! I should probably do a little research on the rules of rugby first I guess...
