This is a tiny tide pool. Sort of like the miniature universe that Rick created to power his tail light in Rick and Morty. I don’t know who created this tiny world but there are a bunch of little creatures in there that do all sorts of cool stuff and I wouldn’t be surprised if it is indeed powering some tail light or something in another dimension.
The tiny white circles under the water there are anenomies. Anenamies? An enemys? None of those are right. Their cute though and if you touch them they grab your finger with their tiny sticky finger things. Although I believe some are pretty poisonous so watch out for that.
