HOW WE PICKED THE BEST CLOUD SHOTS

Each week we do several games and this is certainly a crowd favorite with about 100 images submitted in just the second week of existence. We love the unique way the judging is done. As Hive account@sjarvie5 wrote about: it's almost like that game of "apples to apples" think of judges (aka the "Photo Stars") and submit the picture you think they'll be most drawn to. The photo stars nominate 2 images from the dozens that were submitted on their posts . Then the Photo Stars get together and rank all nominated images(except for their own) and that determines the winner . Simple yet different.

This game has proven to be a great exciting finish to the week's internal games among the Photo Stars.... You'll see at the end the final standings. Who do you think won???... at the end of the previous game Hive account@vmoldo had flexed his editing muscles and jumped into 1st place. But did he get enough people to submit amazing cloud shots on his post AND did he nominate winning shots? OR Did Hive account@derekkind reclaim his crown for a second week in a row? An extra congrats to Hive account@scottshots for having 2 images in the top 5 of the voting... this picture actually had a score high enough to get it into the top 3. We have a policy that only one image per person gets part of the rewards pool, so we're rewarding his higher placing 2nd place image. Still a great strategy to submit multiple images in order to have much higher potential of getting nominated and winning.
