Heyyy, don't shut your eyes and go to sleep when travelling.... Look out the window, enjoy the views, you have heard: "It's not the destination but the journey that matters..." Getting there is half the fun!
Whether I'm on the road, in the air, on water, anywhere... I love taking in the sights, sounds and yes, smells, of the place. More so if it's a foreign land! As I've said before, we may not always be able to literally #StopAndSmellTheRoses but enjoying and capturing the sights on the move, as a happy compromise, is just as fun and important to me.
Life shouldn't be just getting from point A to point B!
And I love taking all sorts of shots on the move too, hence my #CaughtOnTheMove collection. Am just going to throw in some shots I like, nothing fancy, just my impressions of the trips, in no particular order - Hope you'll enjoy them!
Morning sunshine through the trees as we were travelling in Bandung, Indonesia; we were heading up the highlands to Tangkuban Perahu - literally 'Overturned Boat' - a volcanic crater mountain
Traditional farm windmill, silo... and cows...! - seen while travelling in Victoria, Australia
While making our way to Nagarkot in Nepal to view the sunset, crops of mustard... all that is green (with lots of yellow flowers) are mustard plants! All else was dry as we were there during a drought
Lumbini Natural Park, the Burmese Temple in Berastagi, Sumatera, Indonesia seen through the rain and car window
More raw landscape in Victoria, Australia
Through the windscreen, on a road trip... got to love that red soil and typical views of Australian countryside
All shot while on the move from the car
