Roti or you can say bread, but it's type of Asian thing. The dish or desert that is with the bread is called halwa in local language. It is made of Sooji. Sooji is like flour made of grinding the corn 🌽. The main ingredients of halwa are cooking oil, sugar and the Sooji.
This type of dish or maybe desert is known in a few Asian countries. I don't know if other countries too know about the Sooji.
