SMUGGLERS COVE
Yesterday my and my friends went to Mizen Head in West Cork, after we visited the tourist attraction we went for a trip to the much lesser known Smugglers Cove.
It's quite a long drive down a narrow road with nothing but farmland either side.
You carry on driving until you reach a dead end and an area you could park maybe 3 vehicles.
There is a little path that takes you down to an area you can moor a boat. The views on the walk down were well.....ill let you see for yourselves.
The small, I guess you would call it a pier could no doubt be used for bringing in drugs ect, I guess that's how it got its name.
The views from here were nothing short of spectacular!
Not many places in the world comes close.
Feast your eyes!
Afterwards we decided to go to a beautiful little village nearby called Crookhaven for a bite to eat.
There was this really nice mural on the side of one of the pubs.
We decided on this pub for food, it had only a small menu but of very good quality locally sourced produce.
100% my own original work.
