When I want to relax for a few days, a mountain escape is the best option. I have positive energy when I breathe fresh air and when I see amazing landscapes in front of my eyes.

Why I like to go in trips at mountain?
First of all for fresh air. I love to wake up in the morning, drink my coffee and breath fresh air. It's a feeling I can not describe too easily.
Then, I love the mountain for the wonderful landscapes. For me everything is fascinating.
Also, I like to go to the mountains for winter sports. Hiking is one of the most enjoyable activity, with countless positive effects both on body and mind.
A common mistake people make is clothing too thick during cold weather. Keep in mind that exercises will generate body warmth and sweating, even if it's cold outside.
Another positive effect of hiking is that of energizing the body by supplementing the oxygen reserves that reach the muscles, organs and body tissues.
