According to some studies, sungazing boosts production of melatonin and serotonin, while it stimulates the pineal gland as the direct sunlight hits the eye, moves through the retinal-hypothalamic tract, and then hits the brain.
And even though it might not be as beneficial as some claim it to be... it' beautiful, relaxing and so much fun to watch the sky turn all shades of orange.
This is by far one of my favorite spots in Kep to go for dinner. Not only because they serve vegan food but I cannot get enough of the stunning views of the oceans and islands.
