About to start my third week of Vegan diet from my website AnaisFit. π²
I feel great, I eat more fibers than I used to, I'm less bloated and have more energy.
I have always been curious about going Vegan just for the fact that I was not sure if I would get enough protein. π
There is plenty of protein from veggies, beans, grains, nuts and seeds.
And you get so much more fiber in your diet. We always worry about protein, carbs and fats but fiber has a very important role in our diet.
For me it was a small step as I was already a vegetarian except I ate fish occasionally.
I stopped eating red meat at the age of 10. Chicken 8 months ago.
